How to Build a YouTube Shorts Swipe File with VIRA's Saved Videos
The Same Problem, a Different Feed
A good Shorts idea disappears from memory just as fast as a good
TikTok one does. VIRA's Saved videos feature works the same way for
YouTube Shorts as it does for TikTok — same bookmark icon, same
Saved page, same workflow.
Step 1: Save Straight from the Shorts Finder
Every video card in VIRA's Shorts Finder has a bookmark icon in the
corner. Click it once to save the Short — the icon fills in to
confirm, and clicking it again removes it from your saved list.
Step 2: Find Everything on the Saved Page
Open VIRA's Saved page and switch to the Shorts tab. Your
saved Shorts live there on their own, separate from saved TikTok
videos, channels and Instagram content.
Step 3: Know the Shared Free Plan Limit
The Free plan caps saved videos at 10 items total, and that cap
is shared across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram combined — not
10 per platform. If you're building swipe files across more than one
platform on Free, you're sharing one pool, so be selective about what
you actually keep. Pro removes the cap entirely.
Step 4: Use It the Way a Swipe File Is Meant to Be Used
The point isn't to hoard every Short that catches your eye — it's to
come back to the ones whose *format* still feels strong a week later,
and adapt that format to your own channel before planning your next
batch of content.

Frequently asked questions
Can I save YouTube Shorts in VIRA the same way as TikTok videos?
Yes. The Shorts Finder has the same bookmark icon on each video card as the TikTok Finder, and saved Shorts show up in their own tab on VIRA's Saved page.
Do saved YouTube Shorts count toward the same limit as saved TikTok videos?
Yes. On the Free plan, saved videos share one pool of 10 items total across TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram, not a separate 10 per platform.
Where can I view my saved YouTube Shorts?
Open VIRA's Saved page and select the Shorts tab.
Is saving YouTube Shorts a Pro-only feature on VIRA?
No, it's available on Free up to the shared 10-item limit. Pro removes that limit entirely.
